Introducing RG Blanc de Blanc — our newest méthode champenoise sparkler crafted from 100% Chardonnay and aged 18 months on the lees. With zero dosage, each sip reveals the pure expression of our North Fork terroir: lively citrus, crisp pomme fruit, toasted brioche, almonds, bright acidity, and a shimmering salinity that feels like coastal air in a glass.

Varietal: 100% Chardonnay
Elevage: Three months in stainless steel
Maturation: Bottled age on the lees for 18 months
Tasting notes: Lively citrus & pomme fruit followed by toasted brioche and almonds. Bright acidity with a core of salinity & spirited bubbles.
