A little about Ryan: Hailing from Sayville and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Ryan Carroll is the guy behind Wild Events. Inspired by his passion for farm-to-table dining, he created the company to bring the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to every experience. When he’s not crafting meals, you’ll find him on his Mattituck mushroom farm. And if mushrooms are on the menu, you can bet he picked them himself.
