About this experience

Surrounded by nature’s quiet abundance, we’ll gather on Friday August 29th for seasonal fare by Chef Ryan Carroll, fine wine, and the simple joy of a shared table on Saturday August 16th. This year, our Harvest Series is in partnership this year with Cornell Cooperative Extension.

A little about Ryan:
Hailing from Sayville and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Ryan Carroll is the guy behind Wild Events. Inspired by his passion for farm-to-table dining, he created the company to bring the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to every experience. When he’s not crafting meals, you’ll find him on his Mattituck mushroom farm. And if mushrooms are on the menu, you can bet he picked them himself.
